DMM: In 2013 and 2014, I got really into working out. A couple of years later, my manager suggested I come to the gym with him.

MH: How has your training routine evolved over the years?

DMM: Last year in August, I found a new coach who told me, "I don’t bullshit people, but you have a great physique, man, and I can help you transform it even more." I started training with him, and I gradually noticed a change in my body.

DIEGO MIYAKE MUGLER: I grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina, as the oldest of four boys.
