Is the dare gay

Even though I knew what would happen, the tension was still there in this well-crafted short.

There's always a regret for both gays and straights about the "one who got away" and I know from my own experience that it comes up in thought at the most unexpected moments. Read the room - Adjust intensity based on your group's comfort level

The library is OPEN, and the drama is about to begin! it was a 34 minute movie and the entire half of it was the old "dare" i was 15 minutes into it and for some reason the director decided to put the entire old movie into this one.

I wish the writer and director had thought of those lines before this sorry revisiting of what was a polished gem.

Definitly needs to be rewritten

No this movie does not deserve a 7 point three. It was featured as the “Best Of” Outfest and Newfest, won the Grand Prize Alternative Spirit Award at the Rhode Island International Film Festival, a Special Jury Award at the Sidewalk Film Festival, the Audience Award For Drama at the PlanetOut Short Movie Awards, and Best Dramatic Short at Q Cinema in Fort Worth, TX.

“Dare” became the lead-off and cover image short for Strand Releasing’s BOYS’ LIFE 5, the fifth edition in their popular and critically acclaimed “Boys Life” short film series, and was distributed internationally and on DVD compilations in the UK, France, and Germany among other territories. Sure, if you see only the second part, the things are not so bad.

So, good occasion for see, again, the original Dare and, unfortunatelly, not more than that.

    not very inspired option

Maybe the problem of this second part of project is the original Dare.

Have fun - Remember, it's about connection and laughter (and maybe a little drama)

Now that you've got all the questions and dares, it's time to put them to the test.

Who can work decently only if it is an independent one. Read allThe fan-demanded sequel to the award winning, internationally distributed 2005 short film 'Dare.' Ben and Johnny, now in their early 30s, fortuitously run into each other at a party in Los Angeles after not seeing each other since high school, where they shared one slightly dangerous, very sexy, boundary-pushing night in a swimming pool.

I'm sorry to say that the edgy rapport the actors seemed to have in their teens was not carried on into their thirties, especially visible at their farewell.

We can never go back in real life, the moving finger writes, and, having writ, moves on; nor all your piety nor wit shall lure it back to cancel half a line.

The past can not be changed and the impression of return to same pieces, again, the party who is the wrong frame for story, the man in pool , the seducer, the kiss who becomes a sort of duty for end the story, the return to pool are not, for me, inspired pieces. But both represents a very unfair comparation . i wished i never saw it and just sticked to the first one which was a masterpiece.

It was your interest that inspired David to turn the “Dare” story into a feature screenplay, also directed by Adam, starring Emmy Rossum (Shameless), Rooney Mara (Carol), Zach Gilford (Friday Night Lights), Ana Gasteyer (Wine Country), Sandra Bernhard (Pose), and Alan Cumming (The Good Wife).

There were just too many people around, too many interruptions. None of us had any idea that the story of their two characters, Johnny and Ben, would end up connecting with millions of fans around the world.

The dialogue seemed stilted and stagey, I didn't believe in the situation and especially not in the hunk who jumped into the pool at the end.
