Developed by Rockstar North and set in Liberty City, The Ballad of Gay Tony features a new main character, Luis Lopez, and a plot that intersects with the storylines of Grand Theft Auto IV and The Lost and Damned. This requires players to have Xbox LIVE membership and an original copy of Grand Theft Auto IV for Xbox 360.
In addition, any of the cheats from the main game can be used, and do not block any achievements in The Lost and Damned. These do not block any achievements or trophies. The Annihilator cannot fit in Stevie's garage. The new weapons, new vehicles, and parachutes are also available, as well as new race routes and deathmatch locations. How to Obtain ItThere are two ways to get your hands on The Ballad of Gay Tony: - The Xbox version can be purchased on Xbox LIVE Marketplace for $19.99 or 1600 MS points.

The Ballad of Gay Tony is designed to be an over-the-top experience. - New cars, boats and helicopters including an attack chopper (equipped with rockets and machine guns!) called the Buzzard. The main character, Luis Lopez, is a part-time hoodlum and full-time assistant to Liberty City nightclub owner Tony Prince (aka "Gay Tony"). (inputting the numbers while inside saves the number if first inputted but does not spawn the vehicle.)

This list of phone numbers can be found at The Lost's clubhouse in Acter or on the Lost MC website, in the form of a flier listing the vehicles either for sale or as a prize for a contest. In order to play, you must have Xbox LIVE membership and an original copy of Grand Theft Auto IV for Xbox 360. Presumably this is a game bug. Note that the PlayStation 3 version of GTA IV needs to be updated in order for trophies to work.
